We are available to consult with you or your staff when problems arise with your software. We are available for remote assistance 24/7.

We will work with you to establish the appropriate cloud size and available resources for your business. As you grow, we will also monitor and access any changes in those needs.  

If you have a broken screen or malfunctioning keyboard, we can help! We do more than that, but those are the call's we get the most. We operate on both Mac and Windows computer's. We can even help with replacing the battery on those that are built into the unit. We also can also help with upgrading parts of your Laptop to make it faster or to allow you to store more on it. 

Whether you are wanting to make a Gaming Rig, a Media Center PC or just one that is personalized to you, we can make it happen. We believe in using only the best parts and have the experience to know which manufacturer's to trust. 

Did you know you can turn your old Xbox into a Media Center as well as play vintage games with Emulator's? There's a lot of cool things that can be done, you just have to call to find out. We are currently on hold for performing most repairs, while I find someone to hire that can take the time and perform the work, properly. We have begun doing commercial work and it takes up most of my time. 

We offer a flat rate of $75 per hour with a two hour minimum, in most cases. If doing the work on-site, travel time is included in the rate. However, depending on the task, we can offer quote's before any work takes place. We have question's that would need to be answered to be able to provide the best and most fair price, available. We will beat any of our competitor's pricing, because I do work out of my home and perform most of my service's on-site. 

We do offer pick up and drop off service's, as well, where we can pick up your device and have it repaired and back to you, as quickly as possible.

You are also more than welcome to drop off your device to me and I can look at it and get you a quote, promptly.
